Tapestry of the North: Our Textile Heritage – British Tapestry Group

Tapestry of the North is a travelling exhibition by the talented northern members of the British Tapestry Group, in a diverse range of styles and techniques. The three-venue show starts at Farfield Mill, a historic riverside building in Cumbria’s Howgill Fells. Later, it moves to Redcar, on Yorkshire’s North Sea coast, and finally to the historic wool town of Halifax. You’ll find artists at all levels, from renowned professionals to recent converts.
