Jean Hall – Herring Boat Shed
Born pre-war, so a canny recycler, I have throughout my life been blessed by, family, friends and a love of textiles. My submission reflects all of this, and how thankful I am to be still learning amongst creatives while heading into my 90s.
These pieces represent acts of compassion and companionship, the importance of working alongside others, and how a mandala circle in traditional northern proggy brought me to tapestry and a new passion.
