Rachel’s work in acrylics, oils, watercolour, mixed media and create bonded embroidered textiles using silk and reused fabric pieces.
Her inspiration comes from colour, pattern, textures and contrasts in the landscape of North Yorkshire. She is interested in the hard forms: rocks, walls, scars, former industries, dilapidated and derelict buildings.
