Sue Dawes – Artist

I was born and brought up in the West Midlands but moved to Manchester to do a degree in 3D design. I went on to achieve a post graduate teaching qualification and taught for a year. Watercolour painting came into my life not long ago and, as I live in the Lake District, was greatly inspired to create several landscape pieces. I am always fascinated by the way watercolour paint behaves, mixing on the paper resulting in beautiful impressionistic finishes.
