“Wild Daisies” by Nina La Mignone Indonesia
When I received the image of the quilt made by the Italian quilter, feathers with tribal design, accented with rounded shapes in fresh colours (white, yellow, and green), it immediately reminded me of petals of daisy that I always see nearby my house. I love contrast colours, so I picked purple as the background colour. Lastly, as I am in Indonesia, I decided to use Batiks Bali as the main fabrics for this project.
