They are uncontaminated, natural, spontaneous, unpredictable, yet not build or conditioned by rules of civil life… Who never witnessed, a little worried, their own son mounting on a tree? After all, climbing trees is an attempt to escape social conditioning… in my quilt, however also the tree, with slightly bizarre colours (it looks a little wild) and the technique used to make it confirms this character…
