When I was a child, and I was told the story of ‘The Little Match Girl’ by Hans Christian Anderson. I was moved by the loneliness and the cold that surrounded this little girl.
I relived these emotions when I read this tale to my granddaughter. But I had become the grandmother who will always protect her.
