Dinnie – Summer Grant

A dog portrait using the needle felt technique to ‘paint’ the colours onto the felt fabric background. Working from section to section, the portrait uses enhanced colours from the photo editing stage to create tone and make certain features, such as the eyes and nose stand out. The wide-eyed pup has every colour in the rainbow to express his calm yet eager personality through felt.
