Can You Hear the Sea? – Olena Pugachova

In my early years, I lived far from the sea and only had occasional vacations by the sea, but if I put a seashell to my ear, I could hear the waves and be transported to the seashore in my imagination. This piece shows how a small seashell can evoke the whole ocean, with its depths and shallows, rolling waves and gentle ripples.
